They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes about the website.

The website is general information

Pages describe the type of commercial office fit-out and workplace refurbishment work Moduline undertakes. They are not an offer, a quotation, a specification or a building contract. Photographs, diagrams and material images are illustrative. They are not records of completed Moduline projects unless a page expressly says so.

These terms do not replace a construction contract

These website terms do not replace a building contract, letter of intent, consultant appointment or any other project contract. Where a project proceeds, the contract and commercial terms are agreed separately.

Scope and quotations

Every project scope is agreed individually. A conversation, an enquiry form or a page on this website does not confirm what is included. Quotations are subject to a confirmed scope, a review of the site and the information supplied by the client. Existing site conditions may change the work required.

Programme

Any discussion of timing is subject to the agreed scope, existing site conditions, access, material availability, specialist trades, approvals and variations. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a start date or a completion date. Moduline does not guarantee a deadline, a fixed price or uninterrupted occupation on the basis of this website.

Responsibilities

Project responsibilities, including design, approvals, site management and specialist appointments, are defined in the contract for that project. Nothing on this website appoints Moduline as principal designer, principal contractor, architect, structural engineer, building-control body or fire consultant.

Specialist and regulated work

Electrical, mechanical, fire, data, structural, specialist glazing and other regulated work may require appropriately competent contractors. Where that work is included, it is coordinated within the agreed scope and undertaken by those specialists where required. The website does not claim trade certifications or memberships.

Approvals and existing buildings

Landlord consent, building-control approval, planning permission, fire-safety requirements and structural advice may apply depending on the property and the proposed work. Asbestos and other hazardous materials may be present in existing premises and need to be considered by the appropriate duty holder before relevant works. Product and material manufacturer guidance applies to specified products. Colour and material appearance on screen may differ from physical samples.

Information you provide

Information you send, including areas, drawings, constraints and occupation, needs to be accurate so far as you know. Completion and the finished workplace depend on the scope that is agreed, the condition of the building and decisions made during the project. Commercial results, such as productivity or rental outcomes, are not guaranteed.

Use of the site

You may use the site to read about Moduline and to send an enquiry. You may not misuse the forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or present its images as your own projects or as Moduline projects. Content is owned by Moduline or used under licence. Workplace photographs are illustrative context, not records of Moduline projects.
